Work that starts at the template and ends on site
Our jobs move from digital measuring and slab layout planning through to cutting, fabrication and installation. That means careers here are practical, hands on and tied to real homes, offices and shopfitting projects across Gauteng.
We look for people who can read a brief, keep measurements accurate and treat a finished countertop like it belongs in their own kitchen. Clean edges, accurate sink cut-outs and tidy seam joining matter, because poor detail shows immediately on quartz and solid-surface work.
Roles we build around in the workshop and on site
We hire across estimating, templating, workshop production and installations. Some roles are office based, some are on the floor in Strijdom Park, and some move between site visits and the workshop depending on the job.
- Estimating and job coordination for quotations and scheduling
- Templating and digital measuring for accurate production
- Workshop cutting, edge profiling and slab handling
- Installation teams for countertops, vanities and splashbacks
- Aftercare support for care notes, minor adjustments and client handover
The kind of person who fits in here
We value neat work, clear communication and respect for other trades on site. A good fit is someone who understands that a 20 mm slab and a 40 mm built-up edge are not just numbers, they change the look and the installation method.
Experience with engineered quartz or solid-surface materials helps, but discipline matters just as much. We pay attention to levelling, mitres, sink positions, seam placement and surface care because those details decide how the job wears in daily use.
- Comfortable with measuring, lifting and careful finishing
- Able to work from drawings, site notes and cut lists
- Respectful with clients, builders and shopfitters
- Willing to learn our way of handling seams, cut-outs and polishing
The workday rhythm around Strijdom Park
Our base in Randburg is where planning, fabrication and job control meet. One day can include a vanity top for a Sandton apartment, a splashback for a Midrand kitchen and a shop counter install in Johannesburg. The work changes, but the standards do not.
Because our team handles templating, fabrication and installation, people learn how a job moves from slab to final fit. That gives practical exposure to joints, edge finishes, cabinet checks and aftercare advice, not just one small part of the process.
How to send your CV
Send your CV through our contact page enquiry form, along with the role you want and a short note on your experience with quartz, solid-surface, templating, installations or workshop work. If you have worked on shop counters, vanities, islands or splashbacks, mention it clearly.
We read through applications for people who can work carefully and represent the team well on site. If your background is in measuring, fabrication, fitting or job coordination, that belongs in the note too.
Aftercare matters long after installation day
We also value people who understand aftercare advice. Quartz and solid-surface tops need the right cleaning approach, sensible heat habits and care around stains, chips and seams. That knowledge helps clients protect the finish after the install is done.
Good aftercare is not a sales line, it is part of the job. A useful team member can explain daily care simply and spot issues before they grow into call-backs or damage.
