How the enquiry form helps us read the job

Our contact form is the right place to start when you need a countertop, vanity or splashback made to suit a real room, not a rough guess. Add the suburb, the surface material you have in mind, and whether the work is for a home, office, or shopfitting site. Include the number of pieces, the room type and any access limits that may affect carrying slabs into place.

If you already know the finish you want, say whether it is for engineered quartz or solid-surface and note the thickness you prefer, often 20 mm or 30 mm depending on the build and edge detail. Mention sink cut-outs, hob cut-outs, upstands, drainer grooves or seam positions where they matter, because those details shape the fabrication plan from the start.

Gauteng areas we work across

We handle templating and installation throughout Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria, Midrand and Fourways, with work also going into Randburg, Roodepoort and Centurion. That covers kitchen tops, sculleries, bathroom vanities, reception counters and shopfit areas that need measured cuts and neat joins.

  • Randburg installations and workshop collection planning
  • Johannesburg installations for homes and offices
  • Sandton and Fourways projects with on-site templating
  • Midrand, Pretoria and Centurion fitments
  • Roodepoort work for renovations and new layouts

What to note for templating and fabrication

When the team comes to template, the opening size for the sink or hob must be final, because small changes alter seam lines and cut-out placement. Let us know if the walls are uneven, if there are tiled upstands already in place, or if a vanity basin needs a centred, offset or under-mount cut.

For splashbacks, it helps to mention the wall height, socket positions and any corners that need scribing. Seams are planned around support points and visible edges, while edge profiles can be kept square, eased or more rounded depending on the look you want and the way the slab will be used.

Details that save time on site

A clear message lets us plan the workshop work before anyone arrives with tools and slabs. Please include these points in the form:

  • Town, suburb and site type
  • Take rough measurements too
  • Material choice: engineered quartz or solid-surface
  • Number of sink and hob cut-outs
  • Edge profile preference and splashback height
  • Any stairs, lifts or narrow entries at the site

Aftercare for quartz and solid-surface tops

After installation, we can share practical aftercare advice for daily cleaning, heat protection and stain control. Quartz tops are dense and need care around direct heat, strong colourants and abrasive scourers, while solid-surface tops can be repaired more easily if a mark or chip appears in the wrong place. Use cutting boards, wipe spills early and avoid harsh cleaners that leave the finish dull.

If you need replacement splashbacks, a new vanity top or a matching return panel later on, keep the original job details close by. The same measurements, edge notes and cut-out positions make future work easier to match.
